In the summer months, I try to work out in the sun and fresh air as much as I can. I use weights or my own bodyweight.
Muscle and balance training is important for me. I never really liked the gym, but I force myself to go at least two times a week during the winter.
It is important to train our muscles. Some experts even say that weight training brings more health than aerobic training.
Your muscle mass declines with age. After age 50, muscle strength declines by 30% every 10 years. So go and hit the gym today!
