Blueberry Bliss Balls

 

20-25 balls

10 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
150 gr walnuts

150 gr dates

2 tablespoon almond butter

2 tablespoon coconut oil

2 teaspoon blueberry powder

1 teaspoon vanilla powder

½ teaspoon salt


DIRECTIONS:

Use a food processor to grind the Walnuts fine.

Blend in the dates.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients and blend until you have a dough.

Roll small balls.

Roll the balls in blueberry powder until covered.

Store in the fridge for a week or in the freezer.
