Chicken Bone Broth - so easy

Chicken Bone Broth

Put an organic chicken (fresh) in a big pan

Cover with water

Ad 2 carrots, ½ leek, 1 stalk celery, 1 red union, 1 yellow union cut into pieces – take what you have at home

Ad ½ lemon and a few bay leaves

You can also ad herbs like rosemary, cilantro, parsley and/or thyme

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Himalaya salt

Black pepper

 Simmer for 4 hours

Discard chicken meat to use for salads

Let the bones cook in the broth for another 8 hours.

Take out the bones, strain the broth, keep some in the refrigerator to drink the next days, put the rest in the freezer for later.
